weak coffeehumming noise
the breakfast area was crowded the coffee tasted weak. also the room service menu was limited. i wish there were more options for late-night snacks and healthier choices. getting a taxi from the hotel proved surprisingly difficult a longer wait than anticipated. i also noticed a persistent humming noise from some equipment near my room it affected my sleep.

The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. Staff members at the reception were helpful during check-in. Free parking was available, convenient. The room was clean upon arrival.
The room size was a bit smaller than expected. The noise from nearby trains was noticeable, even with closed windows. The air conditioning in the room did not seem to work effectively. The cups for tea and coffee were not replenished daily.

the breakfast had many options, a good variety really.
There were cobwebs in the room. I stayed for 3 nights and even after cleaning, they remained. for a 4-star hotel, i didn't expect cobwebs, and the staff's response at checkout was just an acknowledgement, nothing more.

The location is away from the center, it was difficult to find buses.
